February in Review
After the new year rush of properties coming onto the market things stayed busy throughout February. We attended slightly less homes than in February 2024 but this was perhaps to be expected after a record breaking January. The team travelled far and wide as we completed a great variety of work other than our core business of residential real estate. We continued to work for several builders and developers with photography and video capturing some spectacular homes, including customer testimonial videos along with walk through videos. We also created content for Childcare Centres and Over 50’s Lifestyle Communities which we are continuing in March.

In an exciting new chapter our Director Nathan Clarke has recently relocated with his family to the Gold Coast. His main priority so far has been supporting the team in Victoria and making sure operations continue to run smoothly.
While continuing to manage the team he has worked on a few opportunities in Queensland and will continue to explore the growth of the business in Victoria and Queensland.
