October in Review

October proved yet again to be the busiest month of the year as the team captured hundreds of properties throughout Victoria. We were fortunate to attend a large number of beautiful homes as many lifestyle properties across Central Victoria came onto the market during this Spring season.

The demand for real estate videos continues to increase, as does the requirement for vertical versions formatted for social media. Vertical or portrait videos… and photos, are increasingly in demand as the majority of browsing is conducted on mobile devices these days. This has been the case for many years but social media is becoming an even more useful selling tool and the online advertising platform’s previous preference for landscape images is now adjusting to improve the user experience.

The number of farms photographed were less than the large numbers we saw coming on in September, but the steady stream of commercial real estate continued. Scroll down to see some of the teams work throughout an extremely busy October!

Photography Insight - Lifestyle Photography

Lifestyle photography can be a great addition to a real estate listing to showcase the nearby landmarks and highlights of the surrounding area. Typically they are photographed in a different style to be visually appealing and stand out from the images of the home. They can be useful for holiday rentals and other accommodation to showcase what guests can enjoy when they stay there, and are also common for land developments to showcase to potential purchasers what they can expect from living in the area.
