June in Review

June can be an interesting time for the real estate market, traditionally it can get very quiet during the first month of Winter and nearing the end of the financial year. While it felt quiet at times throughout the month we still photographed a record number of properties for our team in June and have had our most successful year in our 13 years of operation! In our first full financial year after the re-brand to NCPro Visuals we are grateful to all our clients for their loyalty throughout the transition and feel we are now better placed than ever to provide an unprecedented level of service to the industry.

The team captured a variety of properties throughout the month including many commercial sites. Keep reading below to gain further insight into Commercial Photography and don’t hesitate to contact us with any enquiries.

We work with several builders capturing their new constructions, and have also recently created some content with Boden at Yarrington Constructions. Keep an eye on their social media for a closer look at their new branding and the process involved in an interview with Dave from Signarama.

Product Insight - Commercial Photography

In addition to capturing residential real estate, we provide visual content for the sale or lease of a variety of commercial properties. The approach can be different depending on whether you are purely showcasing the space, or whether you are selling a business as well. We also regularly capture images directly for businesses who need content for marketing purposes.

One major difference in shooting commercial properties rather than residential is you often want to show the area as busy with lots of cars and foot traffic surrounding the building. Longer exposures can be used to show movement with blurred vehicles and also serves to avoid showing peoples faces. Contact us today if you need advice on the best way to showcase your commercial property or business.

Meet our photographer Natalie

How long have you worked in real estate photography?

3 months, I am the newest member of the NCPro Visuals team.

What is your background in photography?

I have always loved photography. Back in 2011, I started my photography journey as a family photographer. I moved on to weddings for a year before discovering my love for newborn portraiture which I still do to this day.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time, you’ll find me hanging out with family and friends, gardening, baking, camping and boating (over the warmer months).

What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy getting out and seeing all the properties that are about to hit the market. Each property is unique and I love that no two days are the same.

Favourite holiday destination?

This is a hard one! We love to hook up the caravan and head off on a family holiday. We spend two weeks during summer at Lake Eppalock with another family which is always great fun.

What’s your favourite TV Show?

Friends, I’ll never get sick of watching it.

What’s your favourite book?

I can’t say that I have a favourite, I love reading anything and everything.

What music do you listen to?

Usually whatever my 8 year old is listening to. Not by choice haha!

Favourite food?

Thai or Japanese

Favourite restaurant?

Bunja Thai

Drink of choice?

I can’t start the day without my morning coffee!
