March in Review

The team were kept extremely busy once again, with the number of properties captured up significantly compared to March 2023. Bendigo continued it’s strong start to the year with a lot of properties coming onto the market, but we also saw other areas such as Kyneton, Sunbury, Kilmore and Wallan get a lot busier after a slower start to 2024.

We work with a number of Elders offices throughout Victoria including Ballarat, Kyneton, Bendigo and Swan Hill and we also captured several rural properties and farms for them throughout March. See some of the highlights below!

Product Insight - Virtual Furniture

Virtual Furniture is a useful marketing tool for properties that are unfurnished, which if displayed as is can seem bland and uninviting in online advertising. Digital furniture is inserted into the images to showcase what the property could look like fully furnished. This will increase online traffic and attract buyers to come and visit the property in person. The preferred alternative is to have the property staged by stylists with actual furniture for the photography and open homes, but this can be cost prohibitive for some people. For vendors with a limited budget, Virtual Furniture can be a handy alternative. Get in touch today for any further enquiries on costs and possibilities with this product.
